The red lokanada, named after it, was characterized by a four-storey red color and was also characterized by its combination of Islamic and Greek style, over 200 years old.
These lukandas were used to hold artistic concerts during the time of the British occupation in the era of King Fouad and King Farouk. In the 1950s, this land was transformed into a dwelling. In the 1990s, the building was migrated.
